This beer is exactly 1 year old. @lostabbey & @newbelgium #MoBettaBretta all #Brettanomyces #CraftBeer #CollaborationBeer. This beer fresh was a little subdued and desperately needed age. But! This has aged into a super Funky, dirty and nasty beer (in a good way). The nose is like spooning a pig in its own pig pen. Or a wet dog on a hot summer day. OR! My sons socks after a hot school day. Body had developed nice too. A little tartness had came through with a crisp, refreshing, effervescent mouthfeel. Now this is what summer a year later is all about! (at Two Towers)

@herbiehomebrew and I did a #DIPA #Homebrew called #MasChingonDIPA. It came out Fucken Awesome! We used 0 Crystal malts..and used Mosaic, Amarillo, & Citra throughout. From Mash hop to dry hop. Can’t wait to brew it again #DonBigote! (at Two Towers)
